Introducing our new and improved mobile phone maintenance fixture!
With a rotary fixed design, this fixture offers firm and secure fixing with no rebound.
The fixture includes three adjustable distances to suit your needs.
Our special anti-skid pad ensures that the clamps don’t move during use, while also allowing for efficient heating and hot air discharge.
We’ve added a heat sink to the bottom of the clamp to enhance its effectiveness.
The rotary shaft has been designed to lock the motherboard or IC more efficiently, with no rebound.
The fixture also supports IC-type fixtures for removing back glue, with the clamp bearing the force of the IC beam to hold the empty parts of the IC well and avoid the IC breaking when removing black glue.
The fixture can be easily adjusted to different distances, with high, middle, and low-level options.
Simply loosen the two screws at the bottom, move the fixing plate to the appropriate gear position, and then tighten the bottom screws to lock it.
Not only does our fixture offer secure fixing, but it also protects the upper and lower layers of the double-layer motherboard during maintenance.
It’s suitable for mobile phone motherboards of various sizes and shapes and is perfect for fixing when cleaning large chips such as CPU and NAND.
